The driver (i believe his name is "Sabo") is excellent. I really love this driver alot. The way he treated us is very polite and good. At disney, me and my dad actually got lost and took the wrong tram and was unable to find and reach the pick-up location on time. I was very panick and worried that the driver will not wait for me, as if i were to take a cab back it would at least cost few hundreds of dollars. We keep running around and was in a total lost while trying to find the way. Finally, we manage to find our way, but was already late by 20mins. To my surprise, the driver actually waited for me and instead of blaming us for coming late, he is very concern about us. He knew we must have ran like mad trying to get to the pick-up location, he kept asking us whether we are okay. From that moment, i was very glad that i chose this tour and had met such a great driver. This is the driver that i highly recommend all of you and because of this, i sign up the universal studios tour with this company, but to my disappointment the other driver was not good at all. This time i learn my lesson and have arrive the pick-up place early. But there is another passenger that came late by 5mins. Instead of showing concern, she actually criticise that person and speaks bad about that passenger before that person arrive. Its a disgrace to have such a driver as compared to my previous experience.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability. For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Box Office. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in Disneyland: Comfortable shoes,hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
