We've taken the harbor cruise before but this was the first time we used Hornblower and it was simply outstanding. The staff was warm and friendly. We had a handicapped person with us and although you are not handicap friendly it was still enjoyable. You really should let the elderly and handicapped board first to alleviate those healthy persons pushing past to get in front. Phyllis H., United States, 05-2007
